Attorneys with a solid foundation in patent law and litigation procedures, coupled with excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, will thrive in this dynamic and collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–5 years of patent litigation experience
- A technical degree (preferred but not required)
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the California Bar
- Top-tier academic credentials
Expected base compensation range: $210,000–$275,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
